Very Disappointed with Fortress Insurance Group. After closing on our home almost 8 months ago, we find out we never had home owners insurance. Mike the agent told our mortgage company that he notified us and we never called him back. FALSE. We have called the office 5 times to find out what happened, cannot get anyone on the phone and are now scrambling to find coverage.
